How does the commission process work?

Start by filling out a request form with your vision. I'll review it and send you back my thoughts, a price quote, and any questions I have. Once you're happy with everything and ready to move forward, a payment secures your spot and we jump into creating.
What happens after I submit my request?

You'll hear back from me via email with all the details and next steps. I'll give you the timeline and handle the payment to book your commission.
How much does a custom piece cost?

It all comes down to your design and how detailed you want to go. Here's what you can expect (this is NOT including the base shoe price):

Gold: $500+

Silver: $350-450

Bronze: $250-$300

We'll nail down your exact price once I know more about what you're after.
Do I need to provide the shoes or item?

I can usually grab the base shoes or item you need and roll that cost into your total price. Already have something you want us to work with? Just let us know when you submit your request.
How long will my order take?

My current turn around time is 4-6 weeks, though it depends on how complex your design is. Want it sooner? Let me know upfront and I might be able to rush it for an additional cost.
How do I care for my custom piece?

These are built to stand the test of time, but remember they're art you can actually wear. Skip the heavy use, don't soak them, and steer clear of harsh cleaners. A quick wipe with a damp cloth is all your shoes need.
Do you ship internationally?

We ship all over the world with full tracking and insurance included. Just remember that if you're ordering from outside the US, you'll be on the hook for any customs fees or taxes.
Can I see a mock-up before you start?

You bet! We typically sketch out new concepts so you can see how everything will look before we break out the tools. There's a $60 fee for the mock-up.
Do you accept returns or refunds?

Every piece I create is completely unique and made by hand, so orders are final once placed.
