Upload any reference images or design ideas. Once you submit your order, our design team will create a mockup for your approval before we begin production.

Standard custom orders take 4-6 weeks from design approval to delivery. Rush orders are available for an additional fee and can be completed in 2-3 weeks. Complex designs or special materials may require additional time.

We offer extensive customization options including:

You can upload reference images directly through our order form. We accept JPG, PNG, and PDF files up to 10MB each. You can also email additional images to our design team after placing your order. The more detail you provide, the better we can bring your vision to life.

Custom shoe pricing starts at $150 and varies based on the complexity of your design, materials selected, and any special features. You'll receive a detailed quote after submitting your design specifications. Rush orders incur an additional 25% fee.

We offer standard shipping (5-7 business days) and expedited shipping (2-3 business days) within the US. International shipping is available to most countries and takes 7-14 business days. All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance.

Care instructions vary by material:

• Leather: Clean with a damp cloth and apply leather conditioner monthly
• Suede: Use a suede brush and protective spray
• Canvas: Spot clean with mild soap and water
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
• Use shoe trees to maintain shape

Due to the personalized nature of custom shoes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect. We provide design mockups for approval before production to ensure you're completely satisfied with your order. If you receive defective shoes, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
